about andreea

Andreea is an internationally-recognized, classically-trained ballerina from Europe. She has been featured as a soloist ballerina at the “Ion Dacian” Opera House in Bucharest, the capital of Romania, and has been featured and choreographed for shows, travelling all over the world.  She also choreographed and produced the shows for some of the top artists in Romania. Andreea received her dance instruction from several notable ballet teachers, including the Russian’s Bolshoi Theater ballerina Motovilova, while training at the Arts College Constanta, and Oleg Danovski at the “Oleg Danovski Ballet Theater” in Constanta, Romania. Andreea was named as a Lead Choreographer and Costume Designer to the Bucharest-based Globus Circus where she worked for over seven years, choreographing circus and dance acts, designing the lights and music of the shows, and also designing the costumes..

She introduced children to dance as a Ballet Teacher and Choreographer in Romania, Australia and the United States.

Andreea has received numerous awards and prizes, including the Bucharest Mayor Prize for the best Dance performance in 2010 and 2 times winner of the Bronze Clown Award at the Monte Carlo Circus Festival for Choreography and outstanding performance. Andreea loves teaching children and sharing with them the love she has for ballet, dance art and performance. She is now excited to be in America as a ballet, dance teacher and choreographer.

 

Her skills are recognized by The American Guild of Musical Artists, opening a path for her successful career!
